# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 36: Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 1996


In regulation 8 of the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 1996 (product information), in paragraph (3)(b), after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ and holds a licence to practise ”.
