# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 38: Reserve Forces (Call-out and Recall) (Exemptions Etc.) Regulations 1997


In regulation 2(1) of the Reserve Forces (Call-out and Recall) (Exemptions Etc.) Regulations 1997 (interpretation), insert at the appropriate place—
““doctor” means a registered medical practitioner;”.
