# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 4: Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (c. 37)


In section 26 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (medical evidence by certificate), after “a fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
