# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 40: Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1998


In regulation 8(1) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1998 (young persons’ medical certificates), after “Medical Act 1983” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
