# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 41: National Health Service (Choice of Medical Practitioner) (Scotland) Regulations 1998


In regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Choice of Medical Practitioner) (Scotland) Regulations 1998 (interpretation), in the definition of “doctor”, after “fully registered medical practitioner” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
