# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 47: Detention Centre Rules 2001


In rule 33(1) of the Detention Centre Rules 2001 (medical practitioner and health care team), after “Medical Act 1983” add “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
