# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) Order 2002, Paragraph 5: Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964 (c. 84)


In section 8(2) of the Criminal Procedure (Insanity) Act 1964 (interpretation), in the definition of “registered medical practitioner”, after “Medical Act 1983” insert “ who holds a licence to practise ”.
