  "text": "In this Schedule—\n(a) a reference to an old section of or paragraph in the Act shall be construed as a reference to that provision as it had effect prior to its amendment or substitution by this Order and a reference to a new section of or new paragraph in the Act shall be construed as a reference to that provision as amended or substituted or re-enacted (with or without modification) by this Order; and\n(b) “enactment” includes—\n(i) an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament, and\n(ii) any provision of, or any instrument made under, Northern Ireland legislation.",
