  "text": "An appeal which relates to a direction or order—\n(a) made under the old sections 36 to 37, 39, 41, 44 or 45 of the Act; or\n(b) which was an appealable decision for the purposes of the old section 40 of the Act,\nshall be dealt with in accordance with old section 40 of the Act, except as provided in paragraph 13 below.",
