  "text": "An assessment carried out by virtue of the old paragraph 5A of Schedule 4 to the Act after the coming into force of article 15(6)(c) of this Order in so far as it relates to the definition of “professional performance” may include—\n(a) an assessment of a registered person’s professional performance at any time prior to the assessment; and\n(b) an assessment of the standard of his professional performance at the time of the assessment.",
