  "text": "In this Part—\n“the appropriate authority” means—\n(a)in relation to England and Wales or Scotland, the Secretary of State, or\n(b)in relation to Northern Ireland, the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in Northern Ireland;\n“designated body” has the meaning given by section 45A(3);\n“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations under section 45A.",
