# The Medical Devices (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Paragraph 19


In regulation 54 (fees payable in connection with the designation of approved bodies), in paragraph (5), in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 920/2013”, at the end insert “(as retained under section 3 of the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 and modified under section 8 of that Act)”.
