# The Medical Devices (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Paragraph 2


In regulation 4H (revocation of Commission Decision 2002/364 on 26th May 2025 and its effect before that date)—
(a) in paragraph (1), omit “(“the Decision”) (insofar as it is retained EU law)”;
(b) omit paragraph (2).
