# The Medical Devices (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Paragraph 5


In regulation 4L (Revocation of Regulation (EU) No 920/2013 on 26th May 2025 and its effect before that date)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “notified” substitute “approved”;
(b) omit paragraphs (4) and (5).
