# The Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 21st March 2010.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” mean the Medical Devices Regulations 2002.
