# The Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 11: Amendment of regulation 19 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 19 of the principal Regulations (registration of persons placing general medical devices on the market)—
(a) in paragraph (3), in sub-paragraph (c), for “the manufacturer’s” substitute “the manufacturer’s single authorised representative”; and
(b) in paragraph (5), for “Class IIb or III” (in each place that it occurs), substitute “Class IIa, IIb or III”.
