# The Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 16: Amendment of regulation 47 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 47 of the principal Regulations (general matters relating to UK notified bodies), in paragraphs (4) and (5), omit the words “other than active implantable medical devices”.
