Regulation 17 Amendment of regulation 60 of the principal Regulations

in paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) replace the words “an authorised representative”, in each place that they occur, with “a single authorised representative”; and

in paragraph (4) replace “evidence that he is an authorised representative of the manufacturer” with “evidence that he is the single authorised representative of the manufacturer”.
