# The Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 18: Amendment of regulation 63 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 63 of the principal Regulations (restriction notices)—
(a) in paragraph (1) omit “subject to paragraph (2),”; and
(b) omit paragraph (2).
