# The Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 5 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 5 of the principal Regulations (interpretation of Part II), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “custom-made device” for “duly qualified medical practitioner or professional user” substitute “registered medical practitioner, or other person authorised to write such a prescription by virtue of his professional qualification,”.
