Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
(2)
These Regulations shall come into force on 21st October 2013.
(3)
In these Regulations “the 2002 Regulations” means the Medical Devices Regulations 2002f1.
