  "text": "After regulation 66 of the 2002 Regulations (revocations) insert the following regulation—\n“Review\n67. Before the end of 31st December 2019, the Secretary of State must—\n(a) carry out a review of these Regulations;\n(b) set out the conclusions of the review in a report; and\n(c) publish the report.”.",
