# The Medical Devices (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 18: Insertion of regulation 67 into the 2002 Regulations


After regulation 66 of the 2002 Regulations (revocations) insert the following regulation—
“Review
67. Before the end of 31st December 2019, the Secretary of State must—
(a) carry out a review of these Regulations;
(b) set out the conclusions of the review in a report; and
(c) publish the report.”.
