# Medical (Professional Performance) Act 1995, Paragraph 12


In Part III of Schedule 1 (Committees of the General Medical Council), after paragraph 21 there shall be inserted the following paragraphs—
“ The Assessment Referral Committee
21A The Assessment Referral Committee shall be constituted as provided by the General Council by rules under this paragraph.
The Committee on Professional Performance
21B The Committee on Professional Performance shall be constituted as provided by the General Council by rules under this paragraph.”
