# The Medicated Feedingstuffs Regulations 1998, Regulation 19: Duties on persons engaged in the retail supply of authorised medicated pre-mixes


A person engaged in the retail supply of an authorised medicated pre-mix shall, in respect of the pre-mix, keep detailed records of the type specified in the first paragraph of Article 50b.2 of Directive 81/851/EEC and comply with the provisions in the second and third paragraphs of Article 50b.2.
