  "text": "A person engaged in the retail supply of an authorised intermediate product shall, in respect of the product, keep detailed records of the type specified in the first paragraph of Article 50b.2 of Directive 81/851/EEC and comply with the provisions in the second and third paragraphs of that Article.",
