Regulation 26 Labelling of medicated feedingstuffs

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), no person shall put a medicated feedingstuff into circulation unless—

(a)

it is labelled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 6.1 of the Medicated Feedingstuffs Directive, and

(b)

the package or container containing it is marked in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 6.1 of the Medicated Feedingstuffs Directive.

(2)

Where a medicated feedingstuff is placed on the market using a road tanker or similar container, the provisions of Article 6.2 of the Medicated Feedingstuffs Directive shall apply to the labelling of the feedingstuff.
