# The Medicated Feedingstuffs Regulations 1998, Regulation 36: Sampling checks and enforcement


It shall be the duty of the enforcement authority to make sampling checks in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the Medicated Feedingstuffs Directive and to enforce these Regulations.
