# The Medicated Feedingstuffs Regulations 1998, Regulation 6: Late renewal


Where a person has failed to make proper application under regulation 5, he may apply to the relevant authority in accordance with regulation 5(2) for late renewal of a valid approval, but such application must be made no later than the end of the financial year in which he was required to apply for renewal in accordance with regulation 5.
