# The Medicated Feedingstuffs Regulations 1998, Paragraph 2


The arrangements made, or to be made, to ensure that records of the type specified in Article 50b.2 of Directive 81/851/EEC will be kept in relation to medicated feedingstuffs to be held and distributed by the applicant and that the records will be available to the enforcement authority.
