# The Medicines Act 1968 (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 7: Section 92 of the Act-scope of Part VI (advertising)


In section 92(4)(b) of the Act (scope of Part VI) for “subsection (3) of section 8”there is substituted “, subsection (3) or (3A) of section 8”.
