Laid before Parliament 24th January 1994
Coming into force 14th February 1994
The Secretary of State for Health and the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, being designated for the purposes of that section in relation to medicinal products, hereby make the following Regulations:
