Article 9 Postponement or adjournment

A person appointed may, if he thinks fit, postpone or adjourn any hearing pending before him, or any inspection of premises to be carried out under Rule 8(1), and shall give the applicant reasonable notice of the date and time of the subsequent hearing or inspection.
