  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations concern the advertising of medicinal products for human use and amend the Medicines (Advertising) Regulations 1994.\nThey exempt any medicinal product for the treatment of the symptoms of sprains or strains or the pain or stiffness of rheumatic and non-serious arthritic conditions from the general prohibition against advertisements of medicinal products referring to specified diseases (regulation 2(1)); and add joint, rheumatic and collagen diseases to the diseases subject to the prohibition on advertisements (regulation 2(2)).",
