  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Data Sheet) Amendment Regulations 1996 and subject to paragraph (2) of this regulation shall come into force on 10th October 1996.\n(2) Regulation 4 shall come into force immediately after regulation 3(b).\n(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Medicines (Data Sheet) Regulations 1972.",
