# The Medicines (Data Sheet) Amendment Regulations 1996, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Data Sheet) Amendment Regulations 1996 and subject to paragraph (2) of this regulation shall come into force on 10th October 1996.
(2) Regulation 4 shall come into force immediately after regulation 3(b).
(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Medicines (Data Sheet) Regulations 1972.
