  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order, together with the Medicines (Exemptions from Animal Test Certificates) (Revocation) Order 1996, effect the revocation of the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences and Animal Test Certificates) Order 1986 and the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences and Animal Test Certificates) (Amendment) Order 1991.\nA Compliance Cost Assessment has been prepared and a copy has been placed in the library of each House of Parliament and copies can be obtained from the Veterinary Medicines Directorate, Woodham Lane, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 3NB.",
