# The Medicines for Human Use (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Medicines for Human Use (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st June 2010.
(2) In this Order—
“the Pharmacy and General Sale Order” means the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale— Exemption) Order 1980;
“the POM Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997.
