  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend regulation 3 of the Medicines for Human Use (Prescribing by EEA Practitioners) Regulations 2008 relating to prescriptions provided by doctors and dentists in an EEA State other than the UK or in Switzerland to ensure that there is no longer a requirement for such prescriptions to contain details of the address and the age, if under 12, of the person for whose treatment the prescription is given.\nAn impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument as there is no significant impact on the private and voluntary sectors.",
