  "text": "In article 13A of the POM Order (exemptions relating to prescriptions given by nurses), in paragraph (1)—\n(a) in paragraph (b), omit “or”;\n(b) in paragraph (c), after “a registered midwife;”, insert “or”;\n(c) after paragraph (c), insert—\n“(d) a person whose name is registered in the part of the register maintained by the Health Professions Council in pursuance of article 5 of the Health Professions Order 2001 relating to—\n(i) chiropodists and podiatrists;\n(ii) physiotherapists; or\n(iii) radiographers: diagnostic or therapeutic,”.",
