  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the Act” means the Medicines Act 1968;\n“pharmacy business” means the business in respect of which the responsible pharmacist has a duty under section 72A(1) of the Act;\n“pharmacy staff” means any pharmacist or any other person who is working at the premises in question in a role connected to the pharmacy business;\n“premises” means the premises from which the pharmacy business is carried on.",
