Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale—Exemption) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 4th April 2003.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Medicines (Pharmacy and General Sale—Exemption) Order 1980^f1.
