  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves the Medway Ports Authority on 5th May 1993.\nOn that day any property, rights and liabilities to which the Authority are entitled or subject immediately before that day are transferred to, and by virtue of section 7 of the Ports Act 1991 become property, rights and liabilities of, Port of Sheerness Limited (the present name of the Authority’s successor company).",
