# The Meldon Quarry Branch Line Order 1993, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order
“the Acts” means the Okehampton Railway Act 1862, the Okehampton Railway Act 1864 and the Devon and Cornwall Railway Act 1868;
“the Company” means Euston Holdings Limited; and
“the Designated Land” means the land in the County of Devon occupied by the line of railway (including Meldon Viaduct and the discontinued line of railway) from a point at Coleford Junction at 296 kilometres 31 metres from London Waterloo to a point 323 kilometres 580 metres from London Waterloo at the bridge to the south-west of Sourton Down known as bridge number 618.
