  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order has the effect of transferring from the British Railways Board to Euston Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Board, certain rights and liabilities conferred or imposed by the Okehampton Railway Acts of 1862 and 1864 and the Devon and Cornwall Railway Act 1868, so far as such rights and liabilities relate o the lands described in article 2 of the Order.",
