# The Melton Mowbray College (Dissolution) Order 2000, Article 2


On 1st September 2000 the corporation shall be dissolved and all of its property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to Brooksby College, Melton Mowbray, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
