# The Mental Capacity Act 2005 (Commencement No.1) (Amendment) Order 2006, Article 2: Amendment of coming into force dates specified in Commencement No.1 Order


The Commencement No.1 Order is amended as follows —
(a) in article 2 for “1 April 2007” substitute “1 October 2007”,
(b) in article 3 for “1 February 2007” substitute “1 July 2007”,
(c) in article 4 for “1 April 2008” substitute “1 October 2008”,
(d) in article 4(a) for “1 April 2007” substitute “1 October 2007”, and
(e) in article 4(b) for “1 April 2007” substitute “1 October 2007”.
