In regulation 16(2) of the Trustee Savings Bank Life Annuity Regulations 1930^f1—

(a)

for the words “a person who is incapable, by reason of mental disorder within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1959, of managing and administering his property and affairs” substitute “a person who lacks mental capacity within the meaning of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (c.9) to administer and manage his property and affairs”; and

(b)

for the word “receiver” substitute “deputy”.
