# The Mental Capacity Act 2005 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2007, Paragraph 19: Judicial Pensions (Transfer Between Judicial Pension Schemes) Regulations 1995


In Schedule 2 (existing judicial scheme judicial offices included in each arrangement) to the Judicial Pensions (Transfer Between Judicial Pension Schemes) Regulations 1995, under the cross-heading “District Judiciary Scheme”, omit the reference to a Master of the Court of Protection except in the case of a person holding that office immediately before the commencement of this paragraph or who had previously retired from that office or died.
