In Schedule 4 (existing judicial scheme judicial offices included in each arrangement) to the Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995^f1, under the cross-heading “District Judiciary Scheme”, omit the reference to a Master of the Court of Protection except in the case of a person holding that office immediately before the commencement of this paragraph or who had previously retired from that office or died.
